Mail N' Stuff Services has been providing direct mailing services on the West Coast and in the greater Seattle area for over 18 years now. Our letter shop is located in Edmonds, Washington just north of downtown Seattle (yes it rains in Edmonds just as much as it does in Seattle). Whether you are planning a mailing of 200 pieces or 200,000 pieces we have both the knowledge and expertise to help you navigate through many of the seemingly complex postal rules and regulations.  We can take some of the complexities out of these rules and regulations, assist you in complying with them when designing your mail piece and at the same time help you to achieve the most effective mailing possible.  We have dedicated an entire page to designing mail to help you learn some of the ways to design your mail for the very best postage discounts and reduce your overall mailing costs. This page should at a minimum help you to determine what are some of the important issues when designing mail for automation rates and help you know some of the right questions to ask.

Our letter shop uses ink jet technology whenever possible to direct print your mail piece eliminating the outdated look of mailing labels. We will help you design your mail piece for automation compatibility to save you money on postage as well as improve the speed and deliverability of your mailing pieces.

Although Mail N' Stuff Services does not provide onsite printing services we do work closely with several area printers that can do a fabulous job with the printing of your envelopes, brochures, postcards and other mailing pieces.  If you need some graphic design help they are able to assist you with that as well.   It is important to work with a mailing service that works well with your printing service provider to assure that you can take advantage of the largest postage savings and have the most effective mailer.  By working with both a mailing service and a printing service you get the benefit of working with people well trained and focused to deal with the very different needs and specialties of each industry.

Mail N' Stuff Services provides old-fashioned personalized customer service and relies largely on word-of-mouth advertising.  When we are working with you we look at our service as an extension of your business.  It's important to us that you have the knowledge and guidance to produce a successful mailing campaign.  A satisfied customer is our goal and our commitment to you. You will always talk to a "live" person when you call us. We won't subject you to an elaborate and frustrating automated telephone system with multiple prompts to "press 1" or "press 2" hoping to talk with someone who can help you answer your questions.
